Online registration:

We have an online registration system operated by the ETH event office. You have to register for the workshop through the link to the registration form given below. The payment of the conference fee has to be made in advance in Swiss francs (CHF) in connection with the registration. After receiving your payment, you will get a confirmation of successful registration to your email.

Accompanying person:

Please, also indicate on the registration form the name of an accompanying person, the persons planning to attend the aperitif on Sunday evening, the conference dinner on Tuesday evening and the excursion to the Paul Scherrer Institute (PSI) on Tuesday afternoon. The PSI (http://www.psi.ch/), located about 40 km west of Zurich, is the largest Swiss research centre for natural and engineering sciences with the three main research areas: structure of matter, energy and the environment, and health.  For NNN11 participants the aperitif Sunday evening, the conference dinner and the excursion to PSI are included in the conference fee. For accompanying persons the aperitif on Sunday evening is CHF 25, the excursion to PSI also CHF 25, and the conference dinner is CHF 120.

2. By bank transfer to the conference account.
   

Accommodation / hotel:

The reservation of the hotel room has to be made separate from the conference registration.

We have made block reservations of hotel rooms with special rates for NNN11 participants in the conference hotel and two hotels close to the conference hotel. The prices and the deadlines for room reservations for these three hotels are given under “Accommodation”.

To cancel a registration:

If you have to cancel a registration, please send an e-mail to nnn11@phys.ethz.ch.  For cancellations arriving by 30th September 2011, we charge CHF 25, after that deadline the charge is CHF 50. Please note, that you have to cancel the hotel reservation separately.
