How to reach the Crowne Plaza Hotel (conference site):

Arriving by plane:

The Hotel Crowne Plaza Zurich, the Ramada  Zurich City Hotel and the Olympia Hotel are located in the Zürich West district, about 11 km from Zurich International Airport. You can either take the taxi to get to the hotels or by public transportation (train and tram).

Taxi:

Outside the airport terminal, taxis are available to bring you to the hotels. The taxi fare is about ~CHF 60, depending on traffic. Most taxis accept credit cards, ask the driver before you enter the taxi, whether they accept it.

Public transportation from the airport:

Take the next train to Zurich HB (main railway station) right at the airport and arrive in Zurich City within 12 minutes. You can buy the ticket at the ticket counter or from the machine. Once you arrive at Zurich main station, you can take a taxi (fare to the Crowne Plaza hotel is about CHF 25), or take the tram line 3 from the Bahnhofplatz in front of the station in direction Albisrieden, and get off at the stop Albisriederplatz. For the Crowne Plaza Hotel walk in the same direction along Badenerstrasse, the Crowne Plaza Hotel is on your right after about 400 meters. For the Ramada Zurich City Hotel either change at the Albisriederplatz to the tram line 2 (in direction Farbhof), and get off at the stop Freihofstrasse. Walk back along Badenerstrasse, the Ramada City Hotel is on your right after about 50 meters. You can also walk from Albisriederplatz along Badenerstrasse (following the tram line 2); the Ramada Zurich City Hotel is on your left after about 900 meters. For the Olympia Hotel walk back from Albisriederplatz on the Badenerstrasse, after about 100 meters, the Olympia Hotel is on your left.

Arriving by train:

The taxi fare from the main station to the Crowne Plaza hotel is about CHF 25. To reach the hotels from the main station by tram, see above “Public transportation from the airport”.
